The series presents intertwined human destinies in a hospital environment in Bulgaria in the 1990s, where the personal dramas of medical specialists collide with the tense everyday life and difficult moral choices.
The story takes us back to a world where Europe is a distant dream, institutions are under pressure, and the line between good and evil is dangerously blurred. Against this backdrop, the hospital "VYARA, NADEZHDA, LYUBOV" becomes the last island of humanity - a place where life is born, while fear, violence and impunity reign outside. At the center of the series are three women - doctors and midwives, each of whom faces fateful choices between professional duty, personal happiness and the moral price of survival. Faith, hope and love here are not abstract concepts, but tests - sometimes painful, sometimes destructive.
