Trevor Danner

Trevor Danner is an independent filmmaker and writer based in Northern Kentucky, working in the Cincinnati area. He began making films at a young age and developed a more serious filmmaking practice during his early teens, continuing to build his craft through years of independent and DIY production. Danner works across a range of genres, from horror and thriller to comedy and drama, often blending contrasting tones and exploring the space between the unsettling and the absurd. His work is driven by a strong interest in character, atmosphere, and visual storytelling. Working through his independent production label, Home Video Productions, Danner takes a hands-on approach to his projects, writing, directing, shooting, editing, and developing their visual identities himself. His filmmaking is rooted in a love of storytelling, genre cinema, and the freedom of independent production.
