PLOT
Picking up where the first story left off, Tomoyuki continues his new life as the beautiful, big-dicked girl, Syuri. While the mysterious medicine's initial effect turned him into a stunning woman with potent semen that drove others into a frenzy, a new and more extreme biological side effect has emerged. Syuri discovers that her highly concentrated semen now contains a secondary ingredient that triggers a forced feminization process in any male it touches. As she gives in to her primal instincts, she begins a relentless cycle of depravity, using her unique anatomy to physically transform other men into women against their will.
