Katya Rodriguez wants to adopt a stray cat, which her stepmother Texas Patti categorically refuses. Katya tries to find a valid exchange that would allow her to adopt the cat. After some thought, Texas has an idea. If she wants to take care of a pussy, she has to take care of her pussy first. Haley Reed and her stepmother Serene Siren are waiting in doctor Serena Blair's office. As Serena asks her routine questions, she realizes that there is something between Haley and Serene.
