PLOT
Some think the famous, horny, Inspector Cliteau is a blundering fool just because he drops phones into toilets, gets caught under tables with full erections, or looks up dresses with a magnifying glass. Some think Inspectors Cliteau, Clitongue, and Hardcock are only interested in bungling their way into another raunchy sex scene and really don't care about catching the pink-pantied perpetrator. Does Justice prevail or does Cliteau fail? Amidst all the hilarity and lust even you won't care!
