PLOT
The exotic world of she-male sexuality can be intimidating for a first-timer. When faced with a gorgeous, feminine, well-hung lady-boy, the average sexual adventurer might not know where to start. Thankfully, the pioneer of enticing transsexual erotica, porn legend Joey Silvera, has assembled a bevy of transgender temptresses to show the ropes with women, men and each other. "How To Please A She-Male 4," sub-titled "X-Tended Stay," contains eight scenes of the director's hard-core yet playful eroticism. The movie stars some of the most alluring she-creatures in the world showing just what it takes to satisfy a sultry T-girl's special desires.
