PLOT
“My name is Laurent, I'm 5 years old, and I'm going to do my impressions for you.” This line, proudly spoken in 1972 by a little boy into his parents' microphone, echoes Laurent Gerra's new show. Through this brand-new show, Laurent Gerra invites you into his dressing room and presents his take on current events in the arts, culture, and politics. Accompanied by six musicians, Laurent Gerra uses his sharp wit to take us on a journey through the last five decades—especially our own—and, as he turns 50, promises us one of his finest performances yet!
