PLOT
When ruthless land developers threaten to shut down the financially strapped Paws and Claws animal shelter, owners Dylan, Jill and Kat must find a way to keep their doors open or risk losing their Dalmatian pup Scoot and other adorable critters. How could they ever close this special place where the animals can communicate with each other? Kevin Summerfield directs this charming, kid-friendly tale.
