PLOT
Mietta, a retired woman in her seventies living alone in Milan, opens her home to Ibu, a Senegalese friend, and his pregnant wife, Bousso. What was meant to be temporary accommodation becomes a long-term arrangement, as their son Khadim grows up alongside them. Over the years, tensions and differences challenge their domestic balance, but also create the possibility of building a family beyond blood ties.
