PLOT
When Doctor David makes his house calls, his female patients instantly look much healthier. The anticipation of his hard rod and healing hands makes the blood rush to Patty and Lulu’s faces and the juices flow into their pussies. Hidden beneath his coat is the over-the-counter cock that administers "white medicine" to their cunts and gives their asses a sensual examination. These sessions of vigorous fucking give the "patients" just the right amount of exercise to keep their pussies and their circulation revved up.
