PLOT
What a surprise. Sarah is pouring her heart out to her BFF Casey, but she has something to tell her too: just... that she has a dick and that it is rock hard right now. Sarah can't help herself: she needs to suck it. Did she ever expect that her best friend was a transsexual and she would wind up fucking her? No... but this feels so good.
