PLOT
Always Gonna Happen Like This is a poignant short film about the quiet, inevitable collapse of a relationship where love is unevenly given and unevenly returned. The story is told through fragmented flashbacks and present-day solitude, painting an intimate portrait of Eliza, a woman who pours her heart into someone who cannot meet her where she stands.
