PLOT
DOOL transport their audience to soundscapes that transcend genre boundaries; they are melancholic, powerful, and profoundly atmospheric. A sound unfolds between doom, gothic, and progressive rock, hypnotizing and deeply affecting. Frontman Raven van Dorst lends the songs an intense depth, carried by dark melodies, soaring guitars, and subtle drama. Live, DOOL feels less like a traditional concert and more like a ritual—calm, intense, and moving. In Wacken 2025, this moment becomes a contrast amidst the noise: a dark beauty that shines in the storm of the festival. Setlist: "The Shape of Fluidity", "Self-Dissect", "Wolf Moon", "Venus in Flames", "House of a Thousand Dreams", "Hermagorgon", "Oweynagat"
