PLOT
Set in the aching years of the 1960s, this dark comedy-drama explores the prevailing gender attitudes through the eyes of an eight-year-old misfit. Schoolyard taunts and the sexually charged battles of Mom and Dad capture the confusion and magic of childhood with irony and insight.
