PLOT
Miyuki married her husband Ayumu, who works in the same company. As Ayumu's birthday is coming up next week, Miyuki and her co-workers are preparing to celebrate in advance. Ayumu's co-worker and friend Mitsunori is particularly supportive and invites Miyuki to shoot a video letter. However, when he stays behind in the office and starts recording with a video camera, Mitsunori's attitude suddenly changes, and after putting Miyuki in a humiliating position, he thrusts his cock deep into her vagina and ejaculates inside her. Mitsunori continues to film the surprise creampie video right up until the day of Ayumu's birthday...
