PLOT
Waka's boyfriend confesses that he has an incurable disease. He tells her that the cost of treatment is far beyond her means. Unable to accept this reality, Waka heads home when a man calls out to her. She follows the man, who tells her that if she wins a special game, she will receive a huge amount of prize money, but when she wakes up, she is wearing a green jersey with a number on it and is being rolled around in a rugged venue. The game she plays with seven other men and women dressed the same way is called the "Ikase Game." It is a crazy game in which the first person to cum is eliminated after having sex. The first game is "Blowjob." Waka's partner is her former boss, who she had previously accused of sexual harassment and power harassment and was fired from her job. Waka grimaces at the smelly penis of her former boss, who says he never took a bath, but she decides that this is the only way to save her lover and takes the penis into her mouth.
