PLOT
Denis Pletak has been shackled at his wrists and ankles and he has a ball-gag in his mouth. He is wearing just underwear, but with his cock poking out of the waist band. As he lays on the bed he writhes around. Then his tormentor arrives and begins to feel Denis' arms and then he holds his neck. Jirka Dratenik is in the doctor's office, but not like a usual visit. He is gagged and shackled as he lays face down on the examination table. He has only his underwear on too. The doctor feels over Jirka's body, wedging the underwear into the ass crack. The doctor's heavy hands start to spank on those ass cheeks as Jirka moans very loudly. It seems that Igor Holdan's visit to the doctor has turned out to be very different to what he expected. He is kneeling on the examination chair, with his wrists shackled behind him and his ass fully exposed, wearing only a jockstrap. He shouts to a let go as a hand reaches to feel his sexy ass.
