PLOT

Yoshiyuki Yamaguchi of "Kamen Rider Kabuto" plays the police chief. Kazuki Kannai, who has been appointed chief of police, has been cracking down on the Kurosu clan members in a ruthless manner. Kannai plans to crush the Kurosu clan in order to bring the other gangs to their knees, and if that happens, he will be at the top of the world, both in the front and the back. Shirakawa, determined, pledges his total surrender to Kamiuchi. Still, Kannai is not convinced...
