PLOT
You wake up in a fog, you know you're in a hospital but not really sure why. Then she quietly steps into view right in front of you. She's your nurse and she's absolutely beautiful, with a body right out of an early wet dream! Then she reaches under the sheets and gently massages your stiffening cock. You glance around; it's just the two of you in the room. Then, just when you think it couldn't get any better, she lifts her skirt and whips out a huge throbbing dick! Brother, she's a smokin transsexual nurse and she's about to give you the treatment you really need!
