PLOT
Two-part documentary examining the myriad conspiracy theories behind stolen WWII treasure - taking in Yakuza gangsters, the Japanese Imperial Family and, when the US finally liberated the Philippines, General McArthur himself. Eye-witness accounts and archive footage tell the story of how the booty was collected, while a legion of ever-hopeful treasure hunters believe its hiding place may have remained secret for half a century.
