PLOT
In "Trans-Active 5," pioneering pornographer Joey Silvera puts the spotlight on sexy TS stars in kinky scene setups. The result is a variety of delicious sodomy and passionate action - transsexual girls play with masculine studs and cisgender female beauties, and they get off in steamy solo segments.
